And of civil government: "Render to Caesar the things which are Caesar's; and unto God the things which are God's.".
Similiter autem afferunt etiam illud dictum de resurrectione mortuorum: "Filiillius saeculi nec nubunt, nec nubuntur."
Idolatry is condemned, not on account of the persons which are set up for worship, but on account of those its observances, which pertain to demons. "The things which are Caesar's are to be rendered to Caesar.".
He returned evil for evil! "Render unto Caesar the things which be Caesar's, and unto God the things which be God's."
