And when he was come unto us, he took Paul's belt, and bound his own hands and feet, and said, Thus says the Holy Spirit, So shall the Jews at Jerusalem bind the man that owns this belt, and shall deliver him into the hands of the Gentiles.

so then he had a girdle also. But when they could not persuade him— this was why they wept— then they held their peace. Do you mark the resignation? Do you mark the affection? They held their peace, it says, saying, The will of the Lord be done.
